It is essential to clarify the roles of officers of leadership for BFGHS. It is also important to share this list of responsibilities with potential and new leadership so that they understand what is expected of them in their position. The organization constitution should provide an outline of responsibilities for each position.
Leadership is the ability to guide, direct, or influence people. There is no formula for good leaders, just as there is no formula for building an effective leadership team. Leaders are not those only with degrees. It could be anyone in the organization with the passion, zeal, drive and:
